The Brain Reset: What to Expect
A typical 60‑minute session is a focused mental and nervous‑system reset that combines clarity, creativity, and deep relaxation.
1. Solution‑Focused & Somatic Coaching (approx. 30-40minutes)
A structured, energising conversation centred on your strengths, resources, and goals. We spend less time analysing the problem and more time designing practical solutions. Somatic techniques help ensure your body and mind are aligned—not pulling in opposite directions.
2. Hypnotic Integration (approx. 30 minutes)
This part of the therapy is deeply restorative. I will guide you into a calm, focused state (often called a trance —similar to being absorbed in a book or film).
